We currently ship orders across India.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight and delivery location, as detailed below:
- Tamil Nadu: ₹60 per kg
- Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Puducherry: ₹80 per kg
- North Indian States:
- India Post: ₹100 per kg
- DTDC Courier: ₹150 per kg
The applicable shipping charges will be added to the order total during checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation
- Dispatch is typically completed within 2 business days from the date of order placement
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Delivery Timeline
- Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service
- Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control
Order Tracking
Tracking details, if available, will be shared with customers after dispatch through WhatsApp or phone communication.
Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information
- GV Textiles will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact details
Damaged or Missing Packages
All orders are securely packed before dispatch.
In case of visible damage to the package at the time of delivery, customers are advised to inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact us within 24 hours with relevant details.
